By accessing or using Pipekit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pipekit is an internal workflow and HTTP enrichment tool provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make absolutely no guarantees regarding uptime, reliability, data integrity, or the continued availability of the Service. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Any data you upload, create, or process through Pipekit — including but not limited to workbook contents, enrichment results, API responses, and webhook payloads — may be shared with third parties, external APIs, and any other services integrated into your workflows. You are solely responsible for the data you process through the Service.
We do not guarantee the security, confidentiality, or backup of your data. Data may be lost, corrupted, or otherwise become unavailable at any time. You should not rely on the Service as a primary data store.
Pipekit enables you to connect to and make requests against third-party APIs using your own credentials. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for the usage, costs, rate limits, terms of service violations, or any other consequences arising from API calls made through the Service. You are entirely responsible for your own API usage and any associated costs or liabilities.
We may collect basic account information (username) and usage data. We do not sell your personal information, but data processed through workflows is sent to whichever third-party services your enrichment columns are configured to call. We have no control over how those third parties handle data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipekit and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
